*Case Closed: If Moderate Voters See This Video, It’s Over for Obama

This is a stunning thirteen minute video that shows Obama in his own words, with commentary from mostly mainstream media sources. If this video goes viral and reaches moderate and independent voters, it would be a big blow to the Obama re-election bid. [Yes, it lasts 13 1/2 minutes.  You need to find the time to watch it!  It's your homework for the day.  It is Obama in his own words, and it is chilling.]
Following taxpayer bailout of  GM, 70% of GM cars and trucks were made outside the United States, mostly in China, mostly government owned manufacturers.  This arrangement 13 years ago included the transfer of our technology to the Chinese.  There are 11 joint ventures in China. [It has been widely written that GM is about to need another bailout to stay in business.  I will remind you that part of the bailout particulars is that GM will not have to pay corporate taxes for TEN YEARS.  So much for Obama's words of making corporations pay their fair share of taxes.]
Though they may spar across the political aisle, Vice President Dick Cheney is close enough to Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama to call him “cousin.” Eighth cousin, that is.
A spokesman for Obama, who wants to be the first black U.S. president, offered a tongue-in-cheek response. “Every family has a black sheep,” said spokesman Bill Burton.
Last week the Government filed its opposition to Thomas More Law Center’s motion for Preliminary Injunction in its case to stop the HHS mandate.  The motion was filed on behalf of Legatus, a nonprofit organization of Catholic business leaders and Michigan-based Weingartz Supply Company, and its owner Daniel Weingartz.  Earlier, Federal District Judge Robert H. Cleland, at the request of the Government, moved the date for hearing oral arguments from September 26, 2012 to September 28, 2012.   The hearing is scheduled for 9:30am at the U.S. Courthouse in Detroit, Michigan. - -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Daily Caller’s Matthew Boyle reports that emails between senior officials at The Gallup Organization, show senior Obama campaign adviser David Axelrod attempted to intimidate the polling firm when its poll results found Mitt Romney leading President Obama.
According to Boyle,  after Gallup declined to change its polling methodology, Obama’s Department of Justice hit it with an unrelated lawsuit:
“Since Gallup first roused Axelrod’s ire, Obama’s Justice Department revived old allegations against the firm that, according to now former Gallup employee Michael Lindley, the polling company violated the False Claims Act by over-charging the federal government for its services.”
Boyle explains that “Michael Lindley was a field organizer in Council Bluffs, Iowa, for then-Sen. Obama’s 2008 run for president before joining Gallup, a fact omitted from the DOJ’s legal filings and from most press accounts.”
In a very Nixonian abuse of power the Obama/Holder Justice Department announced it was joining the lawsuit on August 22, 2012.
On Thursday, Rep. James Clyburn (D-S.C.) made some bold claims about the GOP’s handling of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid — the nation’s largest, most intensely valued — and most controversial — entitlement programs. The congressman said that “Republicans stood on the sidelines” when these programs were created, a notion that PolitiFact found to be false .  Read all five here:
AFTER A week as topic No. 1 in American politics, former Carmel Mayor Clint Eastwood said the outpouring of criticism from left-wing reporters and liberal politicians after his appearance at the Republican National Convention last Thursday night, followed by an avalanche of support on Twitter and in the blogosphere, is all the proof anybody needs that his 12-minute discourse achieved exactly what he intended it to.

“President Obama is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people,” Eastwood told The Pine Cone this week. “Romney and Ryan would do a much better job running the country, and that’s what everybody needs to know. I may have irritated a lot of the lefties, but I was aiming for people in the middle.”
John Nolte of Breitbart said: That's right, New Media had Eastwood's back and the old, dying corrupt media wasn't able to get away with its "manufactured reality" this time.
The White House on Friday said it will miss the legal deadline for delivering a report to Congress on the spending cuts from sequestration that are scheduled to take effect in 2013.
Spokesman Jay Carney told reporters on Air Force One that the report will be coming next week.
Under the terms of the Sequestration Transparency Act signed in August, President Obama was to tell Congress by Friday how the administration plans to implement the $109 billion in automatic cuts mandated by the Budget Control Act.

The Occupy Wall Street movement’s dark underbelly is on full display in an explosive new documentary set for release later this month.
"Occupy Unmasked," produced by the non-profit group Citizens United and the late Andrew Breitbart, in one of his last projects before his death last March, examines the movement and its possible links to organized labor and leftist groups. Its premiere in theaters on Sept. 21 follows the release of the documentary "2016: Obama's America," providing more cinematic fodder for the president’s critics ahead of the Nov. 6 election. was given an advanced screening of the 70-plus minute film in which Breitbart presents the case against the Occupy Movement, suggesting it was not a spontaneous event that sprouted up in downtown Manhattan, but a methodically planned uprising carefully organized by unions, left-wing activists and even members of the mainstream media.
