Drug companies and Obamacare planning; USA subject to "international regulations"; New Al Qaeda magazine calls for ember bombs in America; NYPD blamed for sending rapists into Zucotti Park; No press conferences; Southern Poverty Law Center won't cover "extreme left"; Chicago in lockdown; Terrible labor report for Obama; Obama's "Julia" website creepy; UN calls for Native American changes; Bill Ayers teaching social justice at U. of Oregon; Forced union states

Pfizer Inc. (PFE) and Merck & Co. (MRK) are being pulled into an expanding congressional investigation into the agreement drugmakers reached with the Obama administration to support the Democrats’ overhaul of the U.S. health-care system, according to three people familiar with the talks.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The first Executive Order, issued 1 May 2012, makes the USA subject to “international regulations” as opposed to looking to and following the US Constitution.  Also, with this new E.O., the US FDA will now be able to be bypassed by International committees—thus, replacing the FDA with any international group which may be chosen.  In essence, Obama is quickly eliminating US Sovereignty and selling the USA to the international “community.”
The second E.O. issued in 2 days was signed by Obama on 2 May 2012.  This E.O. instructs the USA to bow to international regulations instead of the US Constitution and Businessweek reports:  “Obama’s order provides a framework to organize scattered efforts to promote international regulatory cooperation, the chamber’s top global regulatory official said today.

Unleash Hell': New Al Qaeda magazine describes in detail how to start huge forest fires across the U.S..with instructions on how to make 'ember bombs'

Al Qaeda has called upon its followers to unleash massive forest fires upon the United States this summer.

Published in the latest edition of the notorious terror magazine, 'Inspire', are graphic instructions for the creation and ignition of 'ember bombs'

Detailed in the memorably titled, 'It is of your Freedom to Ignite a Firebomb', the magazine encourages any would-be terrorist to target Montana, because of the rapid population growth in its wooded areas.

Did you know that the NYPD was to blame for the crimes at Zuccotti Park? The rapes, sexual assaults, public urination and defecation?
That‘s the story told by OWS organizer Harrison Schultz on Sean Hannity’s show Thursday night on Fox News. The first 90 seconds of the incredible interview set the tone for the entire 10-minute segment:
President Obama has held just one full length, multi-topic, solo press conference in the last six months, effectively abolishing the most accessible venue for American citizens to observe the thinking and learn the views of their leader.
It’s May, and the president has stood for only a single such news conference this year, a March 6 event in the briefing room. He’s had only three since last June, counting a November press conference in Hawaii that was supposed to be devoted to the just-held Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit but which veered off into other issues.
Nor does Obama generally allow questioning during brief appearances at the White House, such as when he makes statements with foreign leaders. Previous presidents, including George W. Bush, routinely took a couple of questions on the topic of the day at such gatherings.
In light of the May Day arrests of the Cuyahoga 5, the Occupy Wall Street–affiliated group of men who planned to blow up a bridge in Cleveland, Ohio, I called the Southern Poverty Law Center to find out of they had any plans to start tracking the Occupy movement. The first person I spoke to was so shocked by the question that she paused for a good 15 seconds before promising to put me in touch with a representative. This she eventually did, however, and after a game of cat-and-mouse — the person she’d found for me was busy “hosting an international conference on right-wing extremism,” natch — we managed to touch base and I to pose the question: “Do you have any plans to start tracking Occupy Wall Street after a hate group tried to blow up a bridge?”
“No, I don’t think so,” he said. “We blogged it right away when it happened.” I asked him why he thought this deserved only a blog post, and he explained that the SPLC only deals with “hatred of people based on class characteristics,” which a little more pushing revealed meant “immutable characteristics such as a person’s eye or skin color.” “So,” I asked, “Occupy doesn’t count because it doesn’t hate people based on their innate characteristics?” He assented, but didn’t explain adequately why SPLC is vocal on “Islamophobia,” for example — whatever Islam is, it is not an “immutable” characteristic — and why it concerns itself with matters of traditionalist Catholic theology.
He paused. “We’re not really set up to cover the extreme Left.”
A large security zone around McCormick Place will be off limits to Chicagoans, and the Museum Campus, Lake Shore Drive and several major expressways and streets will be shut down before or during the NATO Summit, under a plan revealed on Friday.
All of this comes on top of a large restricted air space zone above the city. Anybody violating that airspace could be shot down.

People Not In Labor Force Soar By 522,000, Labor Force Participation Rate Lowest Since 1981

House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) said Friday that the Obama campaign's new website — which uses a fictionalized woman named Julia to illustrate how the president's policies help female voters — is "creepy" and "demeaning."
“It suggests that this woman can’t go anywhere in life without Barack Obama’s government-centered society.
Number of Americans working or looking for jobs falls to 30-year-low in a severe blow to Obama's campaign
A United Nations investigator probing discrimination against Native Americans has called on the US government to return some of the land stolen from Indian tribes as a step toward combatting continuing and systemic racial discrimination.
James Anaya, the UN special rapporteur on the rights of indigenous peoples, said no member of the US Congress would meet him as he investigated the part played by the government in the considerable difficulties faced by Indian tribes.
Bill Ayers spoke at the University of Oregon last week on the subject of teaching and organizing for “social justice.”  Case in point: he spoke of the end of America, a new world, and what our role ought to be in all of it.
(Related: Bill Ayers: ‘I Get Up Every Morning and Think…Today I’m Going to End Capitalism)
Almost as interesting as Ayers’ speech itself, perhaps, was how the leftist radical was introduced by the university students.  One girl, who described herself as a doctoral student at the university, spoke of the privilege they would have with their honored guest, in an “evening [of] radical imagination.”

Underreporting insider attacks; Congressman Allen West; Another open threat to Supreme Court from the President; Largest tax increase in 2013; Spending billions on "green" military battleships and planes; Secretary of State Project fades

The military is under-reporting the number of times that Afghan soldiers and police open fire on American and other foreign troops.
The U.S.-led coalition routinely reports each time an American or other foreign soldier is killed by an Afghan in uniform. But The Associated Press has learned it does not report insider attacks in which the Afghan wounds — or misses — his U.S. or allied target. It also doesn't report the wounding of troops who were attacked alongside those who were killed.
The Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, today announced that Congressman Allen West (R-FL) has agreed to serve on the Law Center’s Citizens Advisory Board.

Dictator Obama Issues New Threat to Supreme Court over ObamaCare

Fox News’ Martha McCallum advised Thursday that the Obama Administration has been quietly sending missives to the Supreme Court threatening that if it doesn’t rule in his favor on ObamaCare, Medicare will face disruption and “chaos.”  Therefore, if SCOTUS rules in favor of the US Constitution, Obama & Co will begin its campaign to either destroy Medicare or make those on it suffer greatly.  The Obama syndicate is said to be threatening to hold off Medicare payments to doctors and hospitals if SCOTUS does not comply with Obama’s demands and submit to him.

Americans face in 2013 the largest tax increase since World War II and there is little hope of President Barack Obama or the divided Congress dealing with the looming crisis until after the November election, according to financial and budgetary experts.
Expiring tax cuts, new Obamacare tax hikes, and automatic cuts resulting from “sequestration” will cost Americans between $300 and $700 billion in 2013 if nothing is done. Analysts at Strategas, a global financial consultancy, say Obama’s campaign rhetoric has painted him into a corner that will make it impossible to resolve the crisis before Election Day.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Defense Secretary Leon Panetta believes that global warming is a national security threat, and he’s pushing for a entire new fleet of costly “hybrid” planes and battleships to save the planet.

"The area of climate change has a dramatic impact on national security," Panetta told the Environmental Defense Fund Wednesday night in Washington,
according to the Washington Examiner.

"Rising sea levels, severe droughts, the melting of the polar caps, the more frequent and devastating natural disasters all raise demand for humanitarian assistance and disaster relief."

Panetta then outlined the steps that the Obama administration is taking with taxpayer dollars.

Important: Do You Support Pres. Obama's Re-Election? Vote Here Now!
The Secretary of State Project, the once influential group backed by billionaire philanthropist George Soros, has either gone into hiding or informally disbanded.
What happened? Did the group just disappear?
The Secretary of State Project was created for the sole purpose of stopping Republicans from “stealing elections” (the project’s founders were a little sore about that whole Kathleen Harris thing). So how did the group plan to accomplish this? Simple: financially back and “get out the vote” for like-minded (i.e. “left-leaning”) candidates running for secretary of state.
“In most states the secretary of state is the chief elections officer, so putting left-wingers in the often-overlooked but critically important office allows these political radicals to manipulate the electoral process,” writes Matthew Vadum for the American Spectator
After all, as Vadum notes, it was Joseph Stalin who once said: “The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything.”
“This is what liberals call ‘election protection,’” he adds.
The idea of controlling who counts the votes is hardly original. In fact, Secretary of State Project co-founder Rebecca Bond once said: Any serious commitment to wrestling control of the country from the Republican Party must include removing their political operatives from deciding who can vote and whose votes will count.
And everything was going smoothly for the organization until President Barack Obama decided to pound through his unpopular health care bill. When “Obamacare” passed, wealthy groups like the Secretary of State Project were powerless against the 2010 Republican “Red Wave.” That year, out of the seven secretary candidates backed by the Soros-funded project, only two won.
Apparently, it was all downhill from there.

Heroes don't spike the football; Shoot to kill orders; Occupy May 1; New Egyptian law; Al Qaeda documents; Best Buy;

MUST WATCH, [your video for this week]:  Brutal Ad Slams Obama 'Heroes Don’t Spike the Football'

Speaking to troops at Bagram Airbase, Obama began doing his usual campaign routine of giving shout-outs to various members of the audience. He gives shout-outs to two task forces – “We’ve got Task Force Paladin in the house!” The soldiers cheer loudly. He continues, “We’ve got Task Force Defender in the house!” The soldiers give a rowdy “Hooah!”

Then, impressed with his own bravery for being at the Airbase, Obama says, “And we’ve got me in the house.” Halfhearted applause follows. Awkward!  [I would have said - narcissistic, egotistical, and shameful.  There is not one cell of humility in this man.]
A new report reveals plans to keep residents and dignitaries safe during the NATO Summit include a no-fly zone, with a shoot-to-kill mandate for those who break the ban.
As CBS 2’s Susanna Song reports, the government is warning small plane pilots that if they enter the no-fly zone during the summit, they may be shot down.
Numerous protesters at yesterday’s Occupy Wall Street rally in New York City viciously blasted President Obama as a horrible failure, signaling a major break from a liberal base that once celebrated Obama’s lofty rhetoric of hope and change.
“I feel that Obama, especially on the civil liberties perspective, has raped me in the a–,” admitted a shirtless man who donned a purple flower in his hair. “I’m not very happy with his job in the slightest.”
The disillusioned demonstrator, who identified himself as a financial analyst, went on to scold Obama for capitulating to Wall Street bankers and global monetary interests.
“The guy freaks me out a little bit,” the man said. “I’m not going to lie. He’s pretty, and we all think we did something because of his color, and I don’t discount that, but for f—k’s sake, he scares the hell out of me.”
Aside from provoking shock, disgust, and denial, last week’s news of Egyptian parliamentarians trying to pass a “farewell intercourse” law legalizing sex with one’s wife up to six hours after she dies has yet to be fully appreciated.
To start, consider the ultimate source of this practice: it’s neither the Muslim Brotherhood nor the Salafis; rather, as with most of Islam’s perversities—from adult breastfeeding to pedophilia marriage—Islamic necrophilia is traced to the fount of Islam, its prophet Muhammad, as found in a hadith (or tradition) that exists in no less than six of Islam’s classical reference texts, including Kanz al-‘Umal by Mutaqi al-Hindi and Al-Hujja fi Biyan al-Mahujja, an authoritative text on Sunni Doctrine, by Abu Qassim al-Asbahani.
On May 16 last year, a 22-year-old Austrian named Maqsood Lodin was being questioned by police in Berlin. He had recently returned from Pakistan via Budapest, Hungary, and then traveled overland to Germany. His interrogators were surprised to find that hidden in his underpants were a digital storage device and memory cards.Several weeks later, after laborious efforts to crack a password and software to make the file almost invisible, German investigators discovered encoded inside the actual video a treasure trove of intelligence -- more than 100 al Qaeda documents that included an inside track on some of the terror group's most audacious plots and a road map for future operations.
Future plots include the idea of seizing cruise ships and carrying out attacks in Europe similar to the gun attacks by Pakistani militants that paralyzed the Indian city of Mumbai in November 2008. Ten gunmen killed 164 people in that three-day rampage.
Last week, it was revealed that Best Buy is financing Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)–a group tied to Hamas. CAIR has been clear about its main goal in the United States and that is to turn the country into a Sharia-compliant state. Sharia law is in conflict with democracy, women’s rights and religious freedom. It is not compatible with the US constitution.
The funding arrangement is with the Minnesota chapter of CAIR and involves an annual CAIR banquet. In fact, CAIR is listed as a Best Buy “Platinum Sponsor.” And, according to Islamist Watch, Best Buy has not ruled out future support for the terror-tied group.

West Virginia’s Democratic Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin announced this afternoon that he will not endorse Barack Obama for re-election in 2012, telling the press:
[The president] has apparently made it his mission to drive the backbone of West Virginia’s economy, coal and the energy industry, out of business.
But the governor, who faces a re-election challenge of his own this year, doesn’t plan to support presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney either.
Speaking to troops at Bagram Airbase, Obama began doing his usual campaign routine of giving shout-outs to various members of the audience. He gives shout-outs to two task forces – “We’ve got Task Force Paladin in the house!” The soldiers cheer loudly. Wind farms heat the air; Allen West speaks; Heritage pigs and the law; Black on white crime; Obama's unconventional natural gas regulations; Occupy IS violent; Voter fraud; NYT and political ads; Occupy trashes San Francisco

The Wall Street Journal reports:
Large wind farms slightly increase temperatures near the ground as the turbines’ rotor blades pull down warm air, according to researchers who analyzed nine years of satellite readings around four of the world’s biggest wind farms.
The study showed for the first time that wind farms of a certain scale, while producing clean, renewable energy, do have some long-term effect on the immediate environment.
Congressman Allen West has compared Democrats to Nazis, said dozens of his Democratic colleagues are communists and called a congresswoman vile and despicable. He said President Barack Obama is "probably the dumbest person walking around in America" and described himself as the modern day Harriet Tubman leading black voters away from Democrats who keep them on the plantation.
On Michigan's DNR: These are the words of Dave Tuxbury: "After 8 guys, 3 four-wheelers, and 4 hours, DNR decided I was correct. I have killed all my hogs. They gave me papers that say I do not have any hogs on my property. All they saw were dead hogs laying around from my mass slaughtering. It took 12 guys 4 times in there to kill all of them, sows with young, pregnant sows, dozens of piglets, and old mature boars. It has been a sad few weeks." - Dave Tuxbury, Deer Tracks Ranch
[Michigan Governor] Snyder's DNR is doing this because of an Invasive Species Order it issued, declaring it a felony to raise heritage breed pigs for food.
Snyder's DNR has thrown the Fourth Amendment out the window.  Without warrants, they are demanding access to private property for the purpose of killing their livestock, without a drop of compensation.
Wave after wave of young men surged forward to take turns punching and kicking their victim.
The victim's friend, a young woman, tried to pull him back into his car. Attackers came after her, pulling her hair, punching her head and causing a bloody scratch to the surface of her eye. She called 911. A recording told her all lines were busy. She called again. Busy. On her third try, she got through and, hysterical, could scream only their location.
Church and Brambleton. Church and Brambleton. Church and Brambleton.
It happened four blocks from where they work, here at The Virginian-Pilot.
Two weeks have passed since reporters Dave Forster and Marjon Rostami - friends to me and many others at the newspaper - were attacked on a Saturday night as they drove home from a show at the Attucks Theatre. They had stopped at a red light, in a crowd of at least 100 young people walking on the sidewalk. Rostami locked her car door. Someone threw a rock at her window. Forster got out to confront the rock-thrower, and that's when the beating began.
Rostami said the officer told them the attackers were "probably juveniles anyway. What are we going to do? Find their parents and tell them?"
The officer pointed to public housing in the area and said large groups of teenagers look for trouble on the weekends. "It's what they do," he told Forster.
"While Americans focused their attention on the Colombian controversy involving U.S. Secret Service agents, prostitutes and excessive drinking, President Obama quietly signed his latest Presidential Executive Order.

The Supporting Safe and Responsible Development of Unconventional Domestic Natural Gas Resources Executive Order seeks to create what amounts to a Presidential super committee that will oversee the regulation and development of the 'unconventional' natural gas industry for the purpose of ensuring a long-term natural gas supply for the United States, as well as to do so in a safe and environmentally responsible manner."

So now, by Presidential decree alone, the federal government can now "coordinate action" through thirteen core federal agencies against any domestic natural gas production facility -- all according to standards determined to be "appropriate" not by law, but because of political agenda.,2_0_0_1_508535
Five self-proclaimed anarchists were arrested Monday after allegedly conspiring to blow up a bridge about 15 miles south of Cleveland. Based on statements in the affidavit, not only are the suspects linked to the Occupy movement, but one of them mentioned the Republican National Convention in Tampa as another possible target.
Unfortunately, the United States has a long history of voter fraud that has been documented by historians and journalists,” Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens wrote in 2008, upholding a strict Indiana voter-ID law designed to combat fraud. Justice Stevens, who personally encountered voter fraud while serving on various reform commissions in his native Chicago, spoke for a six-member majority. In a decision two years earlier clearing the way for an Arizona ID law, the Court had declared in a unanimous opinion that “confidence in the integrity of our electoral processes is essential to the functioning of our participatory democracy. Voter fraud drives honest citizens out of the democratic process and breeds distrust of our government. Voters who fear their legitimate votes will be outweighed by fraudulent ones will feel disenfranchised.”
Indeed, a brand-new Rasmussen Reports poll finds that 64 percent of Americans believe voter fraud is a serious problem, with whites registering 63 percent agreement and African-Americans 64 percent. A Fox News poll taken last month found that 70 percent of Americans support requiring voters to show “state or federally issued photo identification” to prove their identity and citizenship before casting a ballot. Majorities of all demographic groups agreed on the need for photo ID, including 58 percent of non-white voters, 52 percent of liberals, and 52 percent of Democrats.

Speaking at the April 25 New York Times annual meeting, Arthur Sulzberger Jr., chairman of The New York Times Company, tried to justify the rejection of an ad calling attention to the alleged oppressive nature of the Islamic religion and the “vengeful, hateful and violent teachings” of Islam’s prophet. He said the ad might incite violence in the Middle East.
At the same time, he justified the placement of an anti-Catholic ad in The New York Times by saying, “We take political ads that we do not agree with. That is the nature of advocacy advertising.”
Business owners in San Francisco's Mission District, cleaning up after a night in which protesters damaged more than 30 stores and restaurants and vandalized cars, questioned Tuesday why activists had singled them out and why police hadn't done more to halt the rampage.
Among those dealing with the damage were officers at the neighborhood police station, where black-clad, masked activists threw paint and bashed the front door Monday night.
Even as they defended themselves from criticism that they had allowed the vandals to run wild - one restaurant owner said officers even appeared to be "escorting" the group - high-level police officials met to find a better way to handle out-of-control crowds.

The Seals and the President; Chinese seeking asylum; Occupy's May Day activities; Obama's Anti-Obesity slush fund pays for spaying; Still sinking economy

Serving and former US Navy SEALs have slammed President Barack Obama for taking the credit for killing Osama bin Laden and accused him of using Special Forces operators as ‘ammunition’ for his re-election campaign.
The SEALs spoke out to MailOnline after the Obama campaign released an ad entitled ‘One Chance’.
In it President Bill Clinton is featured saying that Mr Obama took ‘the harder and the more honourable path’ in ordering that bin Laden be killed. The words ‘Which path would Mitt Romney have taken?’ are then displayed.
Mr Obama has faced criticism even from allies about his decision to make a campaign ad about the bin Laden raid. Arianna Huffington, an outspoken liberal who runs the left-leaning Huffington Post website, roundly condemned it.
She told CBS: ‘We should celebrate the fact that they did such a great job. It's one thing to have an NBC special from the Situation Room... all that to me is perfectly legitimate, but to turn it into a campaign ad is one of the most despicable things you can do.’
Campaigning in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Mr Romney responded to a shouted question by a reporter by saying: ‘Even Jimmy Carter would have given that order.’
A serving SEAL Team member said: ‘Obama wasn’t in the field, at risk, carrying a gun. As president, at every turn he should be thanking the guys who put their lives on the line to do this. He does so in his official speeches because his speechwriters are smart.

The first anniversary of the SEAL Team 6 operation that killed Osama bin Laden brings the news that President Obama plans during the coming campaign to exploit the bragging rights to the achievement. That plan invites scrutiny that is unlikely to benefit him.
Consider the events surrounding the operation. A recently disclosed memorandum from then-CIA Director Leon Panetta shows that the president's celebrated derring-do in authorizing the operation included a responsibility-escape clause: "The timing, operational decision making and control are in Admiral McRaven's hands. The approval is provided on the risk profile presented to the President. Any additional risks are to be brought back to the President for his consideration. The direction is to go in and get bin Laden and if he is not there, to get out."
Which is to say, if the mission went wrong, the fault would be Adm. McRaven's, not the president's. Moreover, the president does not seem to have addressed at all the possibility of seizing material with intelligence value—which may explain his disclosure immediately following the event not only that bin Laden was killed, but also that a valuable trove of intelligence had been seized, including even the location of al Qaeda safe-houses. That disclosure infuriated the intelligence community because it squandered the opportunity to exploit the intelligence that was the subject of the boast.
The office of Vice President Joe Biden overruled State and Justice Department officials in denying the political asylum request of a senior Chinese communist official last February over fears the high-level defection would upset the U.S. visit of China’s vice president, according to U.S. officials.
The defector, Wang Lijun, was turned away after 30 hours inside the U.S. Consulate Chengdu and given over to China’s Ministry of State Security, the political police and intelligence service.
Wang has not been seen since Feb. 7  [This is not the same man who is seeking asylum at this time.]

Envelopes containing suspicious powder were sent through the mail to at least seven locations in Manhattan, primarily Wells Fargo banks, police officials said.
"This is a reminder that you are not in control," said a message that arrived with the envelopes. "Just in case you needed some incentive to stop working we have a little surprise for you. Think fast you have seconds."
Labor, immigration and Occupy Wall Street activists were planning public protests for "May Day," May 1, which also is known as international workers' day.
The police believed San Francisco-based Wells Fargo might have been targeted for white powder mailings because about half of a key dozen Occupy Wall Street members have backgrounds in Oakland, San Francisco and Berkeley, and similar incidents occurred in California earlier this week, police sources said.
The Obama campaign apparently didn't look backwards into history when selecting its new campaign slogan, "Forward" — a word with a long and rich association with European Marxism.
Many Communist and radical publications and entities throughout the 19th and 20th centuries had the name "Forward!" or its foreign cognates. Wikipedia has an entire section called "Forward (generic name of socialist publications)."
"The name Forward carries a special meaning in socialist political terminology. It has been frequently used as a name for socialist, communist and other left-wing newspapers and publications," the online encyclopedia explains. [As conservatives increasingly fret over the progressive moves of our President, he progressively becomes all the more bold, leading us to believe that he either thinks his agenda is close at hand - or that this is the last time in several decades that progressives will be able to make all their dreams come true.  In a way, I thank Barack Hussein Obama for making it so clear what the progressive agenda really is.]
As part of Occupy Wall Street’s call for a nationwide “general strike” May 1, elements within the group are looking to shut down bridges and tunnels in both New York and San Francisco.
Occupy Oakland, the most radical of all the local Occupy groups, passed a resolution April 15 that vows to shut down all travel from Marin to San Francisco.
“If any of the unions on the Golden Gate bridge declare a strike or shutdown action on May Day, we will act in solidarity with these striking workers and the international call for a general strike on May Day, by blockading the flow of capital to the Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District. This will be accomplished by a collaboration of pickets and direct action which will shut down all modes of transportation from Marin to San Francisco,” went the statement on the website
Occupy Wall Street demonstrators, whose anti-greed message spread worldwide during an eight-week encampment in Lower Manhattan last year, plan marches across the globe tomorrow calling attention to what they say are abuses of power and wealth.
Organizers say they hope the coordinated events will mark a spring resurgence of the movement after a quiet winter. Calls for a general strike with no work, no school, no banking and no shopping have sprung up on websites in Toronto, Barcelona,London, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney, among hundreds of cities in North America, Europe and Asia[Are you aware that as London prepares for the Olympics, they have plans to place missile sites in London flats and on rooftops?  That is after the residents of Chicago's south side have been told to stay away from their condos during the upcoming NATO Summit beginning on May 18.  FOX Chicago News was first to report Friday that the people living in the 17-floor Library Tower building at 520 South State Street were warned in a letter from condo management that "we are STRONGLY recommending that all residents find places to stay during the conference from May 18 through May 21." How's that Hope and Change thing working out for us?]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Top EPA official resigns after 'crucify' comment
A controversial anti-obesity “slush fund” under Obamacare was used in Nashville, Tennessee to spay dogs and cats. The reasoning: stray dogs scare people from exercising outdoors.

The Nashville health department issued a press release last year that told residents in one neighborhood that they could get free pet spaying, neutering, rabies shots and other services as part of $7.5 million grant from the Communities Putting Prevention to Work, which is part of the Public Health and Prevention Fund that will soar to $2 billion in 2015 under Obamacare. The program was initially funded by the Obama stimulus initiative.

And this from Goldman market strategist Abby Joseph Cohen is equally as gloomy:
She said she agrees with Goldman economist Jan Hatzius’s forecast of the second half being more “difficult” than the first. “We have seen some deceleration in economic activity” after a mild winter that might have “puffed up” seasonal growth in the first quarter, she said.
Wait, the second half will be “more difficult” than the first? We might be lucky to have 2% growth in the first half. The econ team at Citigroup seems equally as sober: “The 1Q GDP data, a month of rising jobless claims, and likely back-to-back moderate gains in non-farm employment should dampen remaining optimism that 2013 would be the year of decisive growth acceleration in the U.S. Why should any other quarter in 2012 be markedly better than 1Q?”
And given the reluctance of big banks to make U.S. recession calls, I have to think that plenty of these folks are worrying we might get a negative quarter at some point this year. Imagine the political shock wave if, say, the third quarter dipped even a smidgen. To use President Obama’s favorite analogy, the U.S. economy would be back in the ditch. And that report would be released by the Commerce Department on Oct. 26, just 11 days before the election.

From now on I will not be starting each news item with the source.  That source and the website link will continue to be placed at the bottom.  Please remember that the only words which are mine are bracketed and in italics.

OBAMA'S VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW: Nine Attorneys General are taking on Obama’s blatant violations of the law! The brave signers of this document are Attorneys General Ken Cuccinelli of Virginia; Tom Horne of Arizona; Pam Bondi of Florida; Sam Olens of Georgia; Bill Schuette of Michigan; Scott Pruitt of Oklahoma; Marty Jackley of South Dakota; Alan Wilson of South Carolina; and Greg Abbott of Texas.
CORRESPONDENTS DINNER JOKES:  Kimmel also joked about the journey the country has taken with Obama from 2008 to today and how so much has changed. “Mr. President, remember when the country rallied around you in hopes of a better tomorrow,” asked Kimmel. “That was hilarious.”
“There’s a term for President Obama. Probably not two,” said Kimmel. “Even some of your fellow Democrats think you’re a pushover Mr. President. They would like to see you stick to your guns. And if you don’t have any guns, they would like to see you ask [Attorney General] Eric Holder to get some for you. Jake Tapper wrote that.”
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CHINESE ACTIVIST SEEKS U. S. PROTECTION: Less than a week before annual U.S.-Chinese diplomatic and economic talks, relations between the powers risked sharply deteriorating Saturday with an escaped Chinese activist reportedly under American protection and a U.S. fighter jet sale to Taiwan now being considered.
Fellow activists say Chen Guangcheng, a blind lawyer who exposed forced abortions and sterilizations as part of China's one-child policy, fled house arrest a week ago and has sought protection at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing.
GRANDPARENTS' REVENGE: A new Gallup survey holds devastating news for Obama and his party regarding the 18 to 29 year old vote:only 60% are registered to vote, and of that, only 56% report they are likely to vote in November. Since that’s 56% of 60%,Obama is getting just 35% of the youth vote. That fact renders the “youth vote” that still goes 2 to 1 for Obama meaningless at best.
At the other end of the age scale,92% of those 65 and over are registered to vote, and 86% of them are “definitely” voting in November. When they do,they will be voting 52/40 for Mitt Romney.
Obama’s empty “Hope and Change” produced three miserable results:it kept college graduates out of work,it put their parents out of work, and it forced their grandparents back to work.
With 50% of recent college graduates out of work and Wal Marts staffed by people who either had to return to work or were never able to retire since Obama came to office, these numbers are likely to get worse for Obama and better for Romney.
Call this what you’d like, but “Grandparents’ revenge” sounds about right.
SEEKING POLL WORKERS' REPORTS: We at Obama Files and Western Journalism ask for citizen/local poll worker help throughout the United States to determine exactly in what localities voting machine ‘malfunctions’ occurred, and whether ‘emergency ballots’ were handed out. Given that Obama has had a lengthy relationship with voter fraud-connected ACORN and that there were allegations of massive fraud within the 2008 Democratic Primary (see Obama Files’ video ‘Obama in 2008:Fraud,Forgery,Murder,and Mayhem’),that if it is determined that a significant amount of ‘emergency ballots’ are shown to exist, the public should demand these ballots be verified.
MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD INVITED TO WHITE HOUSE: In his first foreign policy speech in Egypt,President Barack Obama reached out to the Islamic community. Obama did not invite President Mubarak to attend the speech. His special guests were the leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood.  Earlier this month, political leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood were invited to the White House to meet with officials from the National Security Council. The Brotherhood is on a good-will tour of the United States to gain creditability as a legitimate organization.
The Muslim Brotherhood’s ultimate goal is to impose Sharia law on the entire planet under control of a single Caliphate. Since its founding in 1928,as a fascist political party, the Brotherhood has worked toward taking over Egypt by crushing any opposition. Their justification will be the Quran. The Brotherhood insists it is a non-violent movement.  Its spin off groups, like al-Qaeda,are more than ready to do its dirty work. Presently, there are Muslims associated with the Brotherhood with access to President Obama.
[In case you have not heard this bit of news, Egypt is planning to make it legal to have sex with your dead spouse up to 6 hours after death.  This is the kind of people Obama is empowering!  We must never forget that they want ALL infidels to be dead in the name of Allah.]
SEX STRIKE ADVOCATED: In the wake of the “War on Women” controversy,a number of individuals have seemingly gotten it into their minds that Republicans, particularly Republican men, ought to be punished for their callousness.
In mid-March,a women’s organization held a week-long “sex strike” in an awareness campaign for their “reproductive rights” (presumably this means free birth control),and now author and Huffington Post blogger John Blumenthal is encouraging another such strike, but with a much wider reach.
What, exactly, does he propose?  No sex until November, and if by then you are not 100% convinced he will vote Democrat,“Make him stay home on election day."
--------------------------------------------------- CHICAGO PLANS FOR MASS EVACUATION: As concerns about security grow in the run-up to the NATO summit, it’s becoming difficult to separate myth from reality.
Are there plans in place for a mass evacuation of downtown in the event of riots on May 20-21? A Red Cross memo out of Milwaukee indicates that there is.
Officials there have been asked to make plans to assist residents in the event of a mass exodus.
As for the Red Cross plan, CBS 2 News has obtained a copy of an e-mail sent to volunteers in the Milwaukee area.
It said the NATO summit “may create unrest or another national security incident. The American Red Cross in southeastern Wisconsin has been asked to place a number of shelters on standby in the event of evacuation of Chicago.”
FUNDRAISING GONE WILD: Barack Obama has already held more re-election fundraising events than every elected president since Richard Nixon combined, according to figures to be published in a new book.
Obama is also the only president in the past 35 years to visit every electoral battleground state in his first year of office.  [This is what a Community Organizer would do, and all on the taxpayers' dime.]

TEA PARTY HARASSED BY GOVERNMENT: More than 60 Republican congressmen last week sent a letter to the Internal Revenue Service charging that Tea Party groups across the country were being "harassed" and "stonewalled" by the agency. Rep. Tom McClintock described a group in his Northern California district that easily obtained nonprofit status from the state government but got nowhere with the feds.

The list of demands, as described by McClintock on the House floor, sounds like political bullying: "The IRS demanded the names of every participant at every meeting held over the last two years, transcripts of every speech given at those meetings, what positions they had taken on issues, the names of their volunteers and donors, and copies of communications they had with elected officials, and on and on."
Obama at his inauguration promised to tap the "better angels of our nature." But also on the campaign trail in 2008, he warned, "If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun." It turns out that his "gun" is the U.S. government.
HANDLING OBAMA'S LACK OF VERACITY: As the Wall Street Journal commented in its lead editorial on April 26:
One of Mr. Romney's trickiest challenges will be how to handle Mr. Obama's, er, veracity. More than any President we've seen, this incumbent is willing to say things that aren't in the same area code as the truth. He gives himself credit for the natural gas drilling boom, the deficits are still Mr. Bush's fault, Mr. Obama has never raised taxes, and "green jobs" in his dream economy are blooming by the millions.
With his habit of pulling "facts" out of the air, the president claimed that the nationalization of the student loan market two years ago had somehow "saved" billions of dollars -- money that might otherwise have gone to privately owned banks in the form of profits. Why should anyone in his right mind think that the worker bees in the Department of Education would do a better job of processing and making loans than their counterparts in the nation's banks?
Last week, the president was at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to promise more loan forgiveness to college students -- as if universal free (i.e. government-paid) college education were the next urgently-needed entitlement… and as if the guarantee of spending four years in college at government expense might solve the problem of extraordinarily high unemployment among college graduates and others under the age of 30.
OBAMA'S AUTO BAIL-OUTS: [Concerning the government auto bail-outs.  When you here our President exclaiming over his goodness in this regard, do recall the following.] The administration handed $85 billion to GM and Chrysler and guided them through reorganization. Obama took on the role of bankruptcy court and bumped the unions to the front of the line, handing them control of Chrysler, while preserving pay and benefits at General Motors.
“They came in and forced these companies into pre-packaged bankruptcy where unions were made whole and creditors were squeezed out,” the expert said. “In normal bankruptcy they don’t rearrange stakeholders rights willy-nilly…there’s no way those union contracts would have been untouched.”
