Rep. Lewis says 'Pursuit of Happiness' makes Obamacare constitutional.

As "Maxine" says: regarding Obamacare
"Let me get this straight . . . .
We're going to be "gifted" with a health care
plan we are forced to purchase and
fined if we don't,

Which purportedly covers at least
ten million more people,
without adding a single new doctor,
but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents,

The NYT writes of Ms. Piven (of Cloward and Piven - those ultra-left professors who wrote some time ago about how to destroy America as she was founded): Ms. Piven came under additional scrutiny when she wrote in the liberal magazine The Nation this month that unemployed people should be staging mass protests.
Her assertions that “an effective movement of the unemployed will have to look something like the strikes and riots that have spread across Greece,” and that “protesters need targets, preferably local and accessible ones,” led Mr. Beck to ask on Fox this week, “Is that not inciting violence? Is that not asking for violence?” Videos of fires in Greece played behind him.
“That is not a call for violence,” Ms. Piven said Friday of the references to riots. “There is a kind of rhetorical trick that is always used to denounce movements of ordinary people, and that is to imply that the massing of people itself is violent.” http://www.nytimes.com/2011/01/22/business/media/22beck.html?_r=1&nl=todaysheadlines&adxnnl=1&emc=tha29&adxnnlx=1295702090-PkVQqYcDk83sp/VMKY0kmw

Pivens is a complete and total Marxist....she should be arrested on charges of inciting a riot...of course, given our current Federal administration (who share her political views) she will continue to spew hateful strategies to overturn America as we know her today !
