As the Obama campaign and the media continue to press Mitt Romney to
release more of his tax returns, and to suggest — without a shred of
evidence — that he is a “felon,” it is worth noting how much critical
information Barack Obama has withheld from view — both as a candidate in
2008, and during his term in office. Here is a Breitbart News top ten
list of things that Obama has refused to release (a complete list would
fill volumes):
10. State senate papers. ...
9. Academic transcripts. ...
8. Book proposal. ...
7. Medical records. ...
6. Small-dollar donors. ...
5. The Khalidi tape. ...
4. The real White House guest list. ...
3. Countless FOIA requests. ...
2. Health reform negotiations. ...
1. Fast and Furious documents.

Obama
bundler George Kaiser was a major stakeholder in Solyndra through his Kaiser Family Foundation, and made
several trips to the White House in March 2009 to meet with senior administration officials. In July 2009, Kaiser
bragged
about securing face time with “all the key players in the West Wing of
the White House,” as well as his “almost unique advantage” when it came
to steering taxpayer funds toward his pet causes.
“There’s never been more money shoved out of the government’s door in
world history, and probably never will be again, than in the last few
months and in the next 18 months,” Kaiser told members of the Tulsa
Rotary Club. “And our selfish parochial goal is to get as much as it for
Tulsa and Oklahoma as we possibly can.” Emails uncovered by Congressional investigators reveal that Solyndra
helped secure its $535 million loan guarantee with the help of Steve
Spinner, another prominent Obama donor. After
bundling more than $500,000
for Obama in 2008, Spinner was named to the White House transition team
and later served as “chief strategic operations officer” of the DOE
loan program that funded Solyndra.

The
Washington Post’s controversial editorial partnership
with the Chinese government is drawing renewed scrutiny from a prominent
Chinese dissident and from lawmakers on Capitol Hill who recently
petitioned the Department of Justice to crack down on the paper’s
unregulated promotion of authoritarian propaganda.
The
Post has repeatedly
come under fire from lawmakers on Capitol Hill and foreign policy experts opposed to its publication of China Watch, a print and
online advertising supplement that runs content produced by an organ of the Chinese Communist Party. The
articles and
features portray the Chinese government and its human rights record in a
glowing, uncritical light.
The paper’s refusal to comprehensively explain its profitable
advertising partnership with the People’s Republic of China recently led
Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R., Calif.) to
petition the DOJ to search for potential violations of the
Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), which stipulates general guidelines about filing and labeling political propaganda.
While China Watch remains one of the most glaring examples of the
Communist Party’s campaign to influence American thought leaders,
lawmakers warn that China is engaged in a well-funded and wide-ranging
relationship with American businesses, lobbyists, and other entities
across the U.S.
China’s goal, they say, is to whitewash its human rights record,
foster sympathy for its cause, and infiltrate U.S. markets, potentially
endangering the country’s national security.

The [following] video the Obama campaign released in May paints Mitt Romney
as the bogeyman behind the closing of GST Steel in Kansas city. One of
the men interviewed said, “Mitt Romney was deeply involved in the
influence he exercised over these companies.”
Um, what? What does that even mean?
It’s nonsense, much like the premise Mitt Romney was responsible for
the decisions. GST failed in 2001. Romney left Bain in 1999.
So who was running Bain then?
One of President Obama’s top bundlers,
Jonathan Levine:
It turns out that Jonathan Lavine, current Obama bundler, was
actually in charge, at Bain, during that period, when the layoffs
occurred. Oops, that isn’t right, is it? Yes, that story is the one that
needs to be reported on. Sorry Mr. President, your lies are just getting to be more than many of us are able to handle. http://campaigntrailreport.com/2012/07/18/top-obama-bundler-not-mitt-romney-ran-bain-when-gst-steel-closed

A coalition of Republicans in the House and Senate vowed to
preserve the work requirements at the heart of welfare reform after the Obama administration announced last week it would
illegally gut the 1996 law. Lawmakers could vote in the coming days on a plan that prohibits the administration from implementing its unilateral action.

As the rest of America loses their jobs, the arrogant Chicago
Teachers Union (CTU) that makes its money off the backs of the poor
taxpayers is upset that they were only offered a measly 20% pay raise.
Oh the humanities. It’s such an outrage… that they’d get any pay raise
at all.
The union’s original position was that they should get a
30% pay raise but the city is about to come back with the 15 to 20% offer. The Chicago Trib
reports that the CTU will reject the offer.

Nancy Pelosi says President Obama should embrace the "Food Stamp
President" label as a badge of honor — and he has. Food stamp use has
risen 100 percent in three years. Welfare reform has been rolled back
through work requirement waivers.

A new study conducted by Ernst and Young proves conclusively that the
President’s tax increase would be devastating to the economy and jobs.
The study finds that, if Congress misguidedly adopted President Obama’s
plan to raise taxes on job creators by allowing the Bush-era tax
policies to expire for incomes over $200,000 ($250,000 for married
filers), the economy and jobs would suffer terribly. ...
There are almost 13 million Americans out of work today. President
Obama’s tax increase would needlessly add almost three-quarters of a
million people to that already much too large number. Even those with
jobs wouldn’t escape the pain of President Obama’s tax increase, as they
would see their wages suffer.

An eye-opening new report by the Government Accountability Institute
reveals that President Barack Obama averages just eight minutes more a
week on economic meetings than the average dog owner spends walking
their dog.
When it was recently reported that Mr. Obama had played his 100
th round of golf, the president
said
that playing golf was "the only time that for six hours, I'm outside."
Therefore, by his own estimate, the president has spent 600 hours
playing golf, as compared to just 412 hours in economic meetings of any
kind throughout his presidency.
“You should know that keeping the economy growing and making sure
jobs are available is the first thing I think about when I wake up every
morning,” Mr. Obama
said in 2011 to an audience of UPS workers. “It's the last thing I think about when I go to bed each night."

Now it is time to give Romney that third cheer. His speech in
Irwin, Pennsylvania, was stunning. Speaking without a teleprompter,
and glancing down only occasionally at his notes or text, Romney
socked it to the president as someone who wanted to "crush economic
liberty" and "make Americans feel ashamed of success."
Romney: The idea to say that Steve Jobs didn't build Apple, that
Henry Ford didn't build Ford Motor, that Papa John didn't build
Papa John Pizza, that Bill Gates didn't build Microsoft? You go
down the list. To say something like that is not just foolishness,
it's insulting to every entrepreneur, every innovator in America .
.
Do we
believe America is great because of government, or do we believe in
an America that is great because of free people allowed to pursue
their dreams and their future?.

In a dramatic shift from then-Sen.
Barack Obama’s 2008 election effort to this election cycle, anti-Obama
CafePress merchandise sales are outpacing pro-Obama sales.
During first six months of 2008, 86 percent of Obama-related sales at
CafePress were pro-Obama — just 14 percent were anti-Obama.
Over the first six months of 2012, 45 percent of Obama merchandise
sales have been pro-Obama, 55 percent have been anti-Obama, according to
CafePress totals.
