Obama's Office of Opportunity, Inclusiveness and Compliance; NATO asked to proceed with trials on Americans; Radical plan protest of Republican National Convention; Why doctors refuse CPR for themselves; 75% of Americans think "rich" should pay lower taxes; Military familes to pay much more for their healthcare while unionized workers untouched; Obama now backs part of Keystone XL; No personal bible study in your home; President's Advisory Council on Faith-Based Partnerships allowed to die; Water bills to triple;

[So - you actually think Sharia Law is not slowly weaving itself into the fabric of American Life?  Do read the following:]
American Thinker reports: Back in October, I reported on Ernest Perce, a parade-goer wearing a "Zombie Muhammad" costume while marching in a local Pennsylvania Halloween parade.  He was viciously attacked and choked by Talaag Elbayomy, a Muslim (who was enforcing the sharia -- he assumed that it was illegal in this country to insult Muhammad).  "He grabbed me, choked me from the back, and spun me around to try to get my sign off that was wrapped around my neck," reported Perce.

Last week, an American judge in Pennsylvania, Judge Mark Martin, ruled on the case and sided with the Muslim, and said that the victim would have been put to death in Muslim societies for his "crime."
Martin told Perce: "Having had the benefit of having spent over two and a half years in predominantly Muslim countries I think I know a little bit about the faith of Islam. ... In many Arabic-speaking countries something like this is definitely against the law there. In their society in fact it can be punishable by death and it frequently is in their society."
So what?  This is America, where we don't have to obey the Islamic blasphemy laws -- at least not yet.  But Martin went on to reveal why he was ruling against the victim: "Then what you have done is you have completely trashed their essence, their being. They find it very very very offensive. I'm a Muslim, I find it offensive."  He now denies that he is a Muslim, but that's what he said.
Ultimately, it is irrelevant if the judge is or isn't a Muslim.  What is germane is his sharia ruling, which is worse if he's not a Muslim.  In Islam, sharia supersedes all man-made laws.  It is the law of Allah, so one might understand (though not condone) a Muslim judge defaulting to sharia.  But an American judge admonishing an infidel victim while holding up the Koran is shocking.

Liberty News reports: [M]ost of us out here in the real world have probably never even heard of the “Office of Opportunity, Inclusiveness and Compliance” over at the Library of Congress. ...

[T]his department is in place to manage the Affirmative Action Program ... What kind of staff does it take to manage the Affirmative Action
program?
That’s quite a team of government workers to manage Affirmative Action, is it not? And guess what? The bureaucrats are looking for a new Director.  It pays nicely. $119,554.00 to $165,300.00 / Per Year for the the following: "Incumbent is responsible for planning and managing the Employment Discrimination Complaint Program, Cultural Exchange and Awareness Program, Selective Placement Program and partners with HRS on Recruitment Planning." http://www.libertynews.com/2012/02/25/proof-found-that-obama-really-is-trying-to-create-jobs/

Expose Obama reports: Let us not forget that Taliban fighters and al Qaeda thought it perfectly correct to behead the non-combatant Journalists Nick Berg and Daniel Pearl.  Where was the outrage when these Somali animals drug the burnt dead decapitated bodies through the streets in Somalia and then displayed them by hanging them from a bridge.
“NATO officials,in response to a request for the trial and punishment of the perpetrators … promised this crime will brought to court as soon as possible,” Karzai’s office said in a statement.
The recent uproar about  US military personnel allegedly burning Qur’an in Afghanistan has resulted in more violence and the demand that NATO  put on public trial those who burned them  at a NATO base.
After a fifth day of bloody protests over the incident,President Hamid Karzai’s office has asked NATO to proceed with these trials. http://www.exposeobama.com/2012/02/27/nato-promised-karzai-to-put-american-soldiers-on-trial-for-burning-koran-as-soon-as-possible-will-obama-prevent-this-from-happening/

Expose Obama writes: Monday,August 27 is the time to advance the cause of justice and make our voices heard,” states the protest march flier which you can read at.
-Endorsing organizations already include SDS chapters in Tampa Bay,Gainesville,Chicago,Wisconsin, and Minnesota colleges and universities. The Student-Farm Worker Alliance along with PROYECTO DIGNIDAD will be marching for immigrant rights along with certain women’s groups. The Alliance for Global Justice, the International Action Center and the South Bay (San Jose,CA) Committee Against Political Repression and the Anti-War Committee of MN show the national and international scope of this widespread movement against the RNC Convention in Tampa this August.

“The Republican National Convention brings together some of the worst politicians that this country has to offer,” organizers say as they are calling on national and international protestors to converge to “Say NO to the Republican Agenda!” http://www.exposeobama.com/

The Public Square reports: It’s not a frequent topic of discussion, but doctors die, too. And they don’t die like the rest of us. What’s unusual about them is not how much treatment they get compared to most Americans, but how little. For all the time they spend fending off the deaths of others, they tend to be fairly serene when faced with death themselves. They know exactly what is going to happen, they know the choices, and they generally have access to any sort of medical care they could want. But they go gently.
They want to be sure, when the time comes, that no heroic measures will happen—that they will never experience, during their last moments on earth, someone breaking their ribs in an attempt to resuscitate them with CPR (that’s what happens if CPR is done right).
Many people think of CPR as a reliable lifesaver when, in fact, the results are usually poor. I’ve had hundreds of people brought to me in the emergency room after getting CPR. Exactly one, a healthy man who’d had no heart troubles (for those who want specifics, he had a “tension pneumothorax”), walked out of the hospital. If a patient suffers from severe illness, old age, or a terminal disease, the odds of a good outcome from CPR are infinitesimal, while the odds of suffering are overwhelming. Poor knowledge and misguided expectations lead to a lot of bad decisions. http://zocalopublicsquare.org/thepublicsquare/2011/11/30/how-doctors-die/read/nexus/

Free Beacon reports: Despite President Obama and Democrats’ insistence that the rich “pay their fair share,” three-quarters of likely voters believe the nation’s richest should pay lower, not higher, taxes, according to a poll conducted by the Hill.  http://freebeacon.com/poll-vast-majority-of-likely-voters-think-rich-already-pay-their-fair-share/
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Free Beacon writes: The Obama administration’s proposed defense budget calls for military families and retirees to pay sharply more for their healthcare, while leaving unionized civilian defense workers’ benefits untouched. The proposal is causing a major rift within the Pentagon, according to U.S. officials. Several congressional aides suggested the move is designed to increase the enrollment in Obamacare’s state-run insurance exchanges.
The disparity in treatment between civilian and uniformed personnel is causing a backlash within the military that could undermine recruitment and retention.
The proposed increases in health care payments by service members, which must be approved by Congress, are part of the Pentagon’s $487 billion cut in spending. It seeks to save $1.8 billion from the Tricare medical system in the fiscal 2013 budget, and $12.9 billion by 2017.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Hill reports: The White House backed TransCanada Corp.’s bid to build a major portion of the Keystone XL oil pipeline Monday, a move that could shield President Obama from growing GOP attacks over the project.
Obama's support for the southern portion of the pipeline gave the White House another chance to blunt GOP attacks by touting support for U.S. oil development. But it quickly re-opened a rift with the president’s environmental base, which condemned the project.
TransCanada, which has been working for years to win federal approval of Keystone XL, said Monday that it will begin construction on a section of the pipeline that runs from Cushing, Okla., to Texas.
The White House quickly reiterated its support for the pipeline segment, which would carry crude oil pumped from land in the Midwest and surrounding areas to refineries in Texas. The pipeline can't be extended to carry oil sands crude from Canada until the company receives a cross-border permit from the State Department, a permit the president rejected in January.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Poliltico reports: The president’s first Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships delivered a 163-page report in March 2010 and then disbanded. The second council has waited more than a year for a full slate of appointees and has yet to meet. And the hottest issue — whether religious groups that receive public money can discriminate in hiring — remains unresolved more than three years after Obama promised to address it.
“It’s the mysterious, disappearing faith-based council,” said the Rev. Barry W. Lynn, the executive director of Americans United for Separation of Church and State, who advised the first council.  Read more: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0212/73351.html#ixzz1ngGtmHRD
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Washington Examiner writes: First high gas prices, now water. A shocking new report about the nation's crumbling drinking water system says that Americans should expect their bills to double or triple to cover repairs just to keep their faucets pouring. That means adding up to $900 a year more for water, nearly equal the amount of the newly extended payroll tax cut.
Fixing and expanding underground drinking water systems will cost over $1 trillion in the next 25 years and users will get socked with the bill, according to the American Water Works Association.  http://washingtonexaminer.com/politics/washington-secrets/2012/02/more-bad-news-us-water-bills-triple/317086
