Part 3 -Shari'a; 90% of US Mosques Follow Koran and Sunnah; Largest of 1209 US Mosques in Dearborn; Wahabi Influence in Mosques; Obamacare Null; Dems Spreading the Love; Obama in Contempt on Second Issue; Obama Insures 800 Job Losses in Alaska

Part 3 of Nonie Darwish's list of Sharia tenets:
21-  Rebelliousness on the part of the wife nullifies the husband’s obligation to support her, gives him permission to beat her and keep her from leaving the home.
22-  Divorce is only in the hands of the husband and is as easy as saying: “I divorce you” and becomes effective even if the husband did not intend it.
23-  There is no community property between husband and wife and the husband’s property does not automatically go to the wife after his death.
24-  A woman inherits half what a man inherits.
25-  A man has the right to have up to 4 wives and she has no right to divorce him even if he is polygamous.
26-  The dowry is given in exchange for the woman’s sexual organs.
27-  A man is allowed to have sex with slave women and women captured in battle, and if the enslaved woman is married her marriage is annulled.
28-  The testimony of a woman in court is half the value of a man.
29-  A woman looses custody if she remarries.
30-  To prove rape, a woman must have 4 male witnesses.
31-  A rapist may only be required to pay the bride-money (dowry) without marrying the rape victim.
32-  A Muslim woman must cover every inch of her body which is considered “Awrah,” a sexual organ. Some schools of Sharia allow the face and some don’t.
33-  A Muslim man is forgiven if he kills his wife caught in the act of adultery. However, the opposite is not true for women since he “could be married to the woman he was caught with.”
The above are clear cut laws in Islam decided by great Imams after years of examination and interpretation of the Quran, Hadith and Mohammed’s life. Now let the learned Imam Rauf tell us what part of the above is compliant with the US constitution?

[So much for saying this is a peaceful religion, Islam....]

Allied Media writes: U.S. mosques that feel they strictly follow the Koran and Sunnah: more than 90 percent [ from Hartford Seminary's Hartford Institute for Religious Research in Connecticut. Muslim organizations cosponsoring the survey are the Council on American-Islamic Relations, the Islamic Society of North America, the Ministry of Imam W. Deen Muhammed, and the Islamic Circle of North America. 2002] http://www.allied-media.com/AM/

Wikipedia writes: Mosques are usually explicitly Sunni or Shia. There are 1,209 mosques in the United States and the nation's largest mosque, the Islamic Center of America, is in Dearborn, Michigan. It caters mainly to the Shi'a Muslim congregation; however, all Muslims may attend this mosque. It was rebuilt in 2005 to accommodate over 3,000 people for the increasing Muslim population in the region. In addition to immigration, the state, federal and local prisons of the United States may be a contributor to the growth of Islam in the country. J. Michael Waller claims that Muslim inmates comprise 17-20% of the prison population, or roughly 350,000 inmates in 2003. He also claims that 80% of the prisoners who "find faith" while in prison convert to Islam.[79]  On July 31, 2000, Talat Othman opened the Republican National Convention with a Muslim benediction, marking the first time a Muslim had addressed a major US political gathering.[85] [At that time nearly 80% of Muslims voted for Republicans. Now 50% of those vote for Democrats.]  Airports such as the Indianapolis International Airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport[89][not in citation given], Kansas City International Airport have installed foot-baths to allow Muslims, particularly taxicab drivers who service the airports, to perform their religious ablutions in a safe and sanitary manner.[90][dead link] and Denver International Airport included a masjid as part of its Interfaith Chapel when opened in 1996[91][dead link] although such developments have not been without criticism.[92]
As of May 30, 2005, over 15,000 Muslims were serving in the United States Armed Forces.[93]
  • Muslim convert journalist Stephen Schwartz, American Jewish Committee terrorism pundit Yehudit Barsky, and U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer have all separately testified to a growing radical Wahhabi influence in U.S. mosques, financed by extremist groups. Barsky claims that 80% of U.S. mosques are so radicalized.[134][135][136] In an effort to counter any extremist influence, ISNA has implemented assorted programs and guidelines in order to help mosques identify and counter any such individuals.[137]
  • The Texas Board of Education voted in favor of a resolution aimed at reducing the influence of Islam in school textbooks and putting a more favorable view of Christianity.[138]

Quoting directly from Judge Vincent's ruling on Obamacare: [the presumption] is even more so when the party to be enjoined is the federal government, for there is a long-standing presumption “that officials of the Executive Branch will adhere to the law as declared by the court. As a result, the declaratory judgment is the functional equivalent of an injunction.”  [And yet the Democrats chose to break the law by not repealing the already null and void law.  When will the Supreme Court write the injunction against Obamacare, or cite our President and Congress with contempt of court?  Why was there still a discussion, as well as a vote, on repealing a law which is already declared null and void (until such time that the Supreme Court hears the case?]  http://www.firstthings.com/blogs/secondhandsmoke/2011/02/01/obamacare-repeal-the-entire-law-falls-in-court/

Wikipedia explains: Under Federal Court Rules, section 472, a person who is accused of Contempt needs to be first served with a contempt order and then appear in court to answer the charges. Convictions can only be made when proof beyond a reasonable doubt is achieved.[3]
Punishment can range from the person be imprisoned for a period of less than five years or until the person complies with the order or fine. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Contempt_of_court

YouTube reveals: More quotes from the recent Code Pink anti-capitalist demonstration in Palm Springs, on Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas: "send him back to the fields" (he is Afro-American); "after Thomas's impeachment, kill him"; "the Tea Party is racist" [but they aren't, I see]; "cut off Thomas' toes one by one and feed them to him one at a time"; "Thomas is a dumb-s--t scumbag". [Move on Barack Obama, there's no inflammatory language here to condemn..... This seems to be the type of action recently promoted by Ms. Piven, of Cloward and Piven notoriety, seeking revolution.  We add this to more of Obama's past comments: We'll have "hand-to-hand combat" on Capitol Hill; "I'm ready to duel John McCain on taxes" ... So I'll know whose a-- to kick (on oil spill); "I need you to go out there and argue with them and get in their face!]

Bloomberg writes: The Obama Administration acted in contempt by continuing its deepwater-drilling moratorium after the policy was struck down, a New Orleans judge ruled.
Interior Department regulators acted with “determined disregard” by lifting and reinstituting a series of policy changes that restricted offshore drilling, following the worst offshore oil spill in U.S. history, U.S. District Judge, Martin Feldman of New Orleans ruled yesterday.
“Each step the government took following the court’s imposition of a preliminary injunction showcases its defiance,” Feldman said in the ruling.
“Such dismissive conduct, viewed in tandem with the re-imposition of a second blanket and substantively identical moratorium, and in light of the national importance of this case, provide this court with clear and convincing evidence of the government’s contempt,” Feldman said.
Feldman also ordered the government to pay the legal fees of Hornbeck Offshore Services LLC, which filed the initial lawsuit. The company had described the fees as “significant.”
Hornbeck “was put to considerable expense, after Judge Feldman issued the injunction, contending with the government’s litigation posturing and defiance of the court’s order,” Sam Giberga, the company’s general counsel, said today in an e-mail.
“The government was not at liberty to impose its own will after the court struck down the policy,” Giberga said. “The government, like any citizen, had to obey the ruling, even if it didn’t like it.” [How many times does our President and his Administration have to be in contempt of court rulings before he faces the penalty, or before Impeachment hearings begin?]

Yahoo Finance writes: Shell Alaska has dropped plans to drill in the Arctic waters of the Beaufort Sea this year and will concentrate on obtaining permits for the 2012 season, company Vice President Pete Slaiby said Thursday.
Alaska receives upward of 90 percent of its general fund revenue from the petroleum industry, and top state officials reacted strongly to the decision. U.S. Sen. Mark Begich, D-Alaska, blamed the Obama administration and the EPA.
"Their foot dragging means the loss of another exploration season in Alaska, the loss of nearly 800 direct jobs and many more indirect jobs," Begich said. "That doesn't count the millions of dollars in contracting that won't happen either at a time when our economy needs the investment." http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Shell-No-Beaufort-Sea-apf-844337881.html?x=0&sec=topStories&pos=main&asset=&ccode=

Very helpful insight regarding the Muslims...continue to believe you would really help us by putting a complete "package" of the information you have gathered and put into one overview document for wider distribution.

Obama and his buddies are now in Contempt of the Court(s)!! What a wonderfully inspiring leader he has become...these are the sorts of things a 'rookie' dictator does to test the existing system for its reaction....if none, the rookie extends his grab for unrestricted power...very dangerous, very dangerous...
