Kenya Abortions; Our Radical Justice Department;

Daily Caller reports: Republican Reps. Darrell Issa of California, Ileana Ros-Lehtinen of Florida and Chris Smith of New Jersey are calling for a probe to investigate whether Obama administration officials are violating federal law by using taxpayer money to lobby for a new constitution in Kenya that supports and legalizes abortion.
Bigjournalism opines: Not only does Todd Gaziano (Congressional appointee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights) claim that the 2008 Election Day voter intimidation charge against the Philadelphia New Black Panther Party was“open and shut,” but that Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes ordered, “Never bring another lawsuit against a black or other national minority, apparently no matter what they do.”

The Washington Times reports: J. Christian Adams, until recently a career attorney in the Voting Section of the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, testified under oath on July 6 about an increasingly radical Justice Department before the U.S. Civil Rights Commission.
According to Mr. Adams, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes last November instructed prosecutors on the "motor voter" law that governs voter registration. Regarding that statute's Section 8 - which requires that local officials purge their rolls of relocated, ineligible and dead voters - Mr. Adams recalls hearing Ms. Fernandes, an Obama political appointee, say: "We have no interest in enforcing this provision of the law. It has nothing to do with increasing turnout, and we are just not going to do it." Such lawlessness, of course, invites ACORN-style vote fraud.
From comes this: Every year, the Annual Report of the Social Security Board of Trustees comes out between mid-April and mid-May.  Now it's July, and there's no sign of this year's report.  What is the Obama administration hiding?
The annual report includes detailed information about Social Security and its financing over the next 75 years, produced by the Office of the Actuary of the Social Security Administration.
The Congressional Budget Office reported last week in its Long Term Budget Outlook that Social Security was already running a deficit this year.  According to last year's Social Security Trustees Report, that was not supposed to happen until 2015, with the trust fund to run out completely by 2037.
"Diamond Offshore announced Friday that its Ocean Endeavor drilling rig will leave the Gulf of Mexico and move to Egyptian waters immediately — making it the first to abandon the United States in the wake of the BP oil spill and a ban on deep-water drilling.And the Ocean Endeavor's exodus probably won't be the last, according to oil industry officials and Gulf Coast leaders who warn that other companies eager to find work for the now-idled rigs are considering moving them outside the U.S."
Dallas News reveals: Doctors in the Dallas area and across Texas are threatening to opt out of Medicaid because of payment cuts, which would further damage the state's already uneven delivery of health care to the poor. (Snip) "They're going to try to expand the rolls of Medicaid ... and at the same time they want to reduce the reimbursement to doctors," he said, noting tensions between the priorities of federal and state officials.
[I see that the current false statements and failure to disclose current events at the NYT did not just begin in the past few decades. It is a part of their proud past.]  "Further investigation brought to light the fact that New York Times reporter Walter Duranty knew of Stalin's murder of ten million people and refused to report it. To add insult to injury, Walter Duranty won a Pulitzer Prize in the early 1930s for his reporting from the Soviet Union. Nearly eighty years later, the New York Times has still refused to apologize to the Ukrainian people for its complicity in the murder of ten million people. They still hang Walter Duranty's Pulitzer Prize in their building.  There is a record of it. It did happen. The New York Times lied, and ten million people died. My father told the truth. For that I will never forgive the New York Times."  [Can someone tell my just why we should ever take news coming from the NYT as the gospel truth?  They have been proven to have lied many times.  And yet, this is the go-to newspaper for those on the Liberal side of America....]
It is here that you will find the video of:
A Mexican-born candidate for U.S. Senate said he is considering a lawsuit against the Missouri secretary of state for discrimination because her office forced him to produce a birth certificate but "didn’t make Obama show proof of citizenship" to appear on the ballot.
Hector Maldonado, 38, a self-described "Lincolnian Republican conservative," is seeking the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in Missouri. He was born one of 10 children in Durango, Mexico.Maldonado explains why he thinks his rights were violated when the secretary of state’s office asked for proof of U.S. citizenship when he filed to run for the Senate.
Maldonado, a U.S. Army combat veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, explains on his website that he became a U.S. citizen in 1995. But he said Secretary of State Robin Carnahan sent him a letter in May asking him to produce documentation.
"It said, ‘Hey, you have to prove you’re a citizen.’ I ignored it," he said. "You know, Obama ignored it, so I figured I could get away with it, too."

  1. Terrific information on many topics !! What kind of crap is that guy(Maldanado) trying to pull ?? Just like "our" President?? And, what kind of "Justice" Department do we have when something as outrageous as the Black Panther voter intimidation actions are not prosecuted ?!! Obama really has ruined the country previously known as America--hope is lost, and change is awful...
