Perhaps you, like I, wondered why Vice President Biden joined President Obama's "Beer Diplomacy" with Sgt. Crowley and Professor Gates. Here is a possible reason, stated by Dennis Prager: "We were all blindsided by the reason that liberals apparently instinctively understood: to provide racial balance, as it wouldn’t look right if Sgt. Crowley were outnumbered two to one by blacks. In the words of the New York Times coverage of the event: “to add balance to the photo op that the White House presented: two black guys, two white guys, sitting around a table.” How instructive, adds Prager. "The fact that Crowley was outnumbered three to one by liberals meant little or nothing to most Americans on the left, because they deem race far more significant than values. Most conservatives, on the other hand, saw the president, the vice-president, the Harvard professor and the police officer, not two blacks and two whites. Indeed, such a calculation would have struck most conservatives as absurd: Was Sgt. Crowley supposed to think, “Hey, great, another white is at the table; now I feel secure”? "

In the words of Barack Hussein Obama in Dreams of my Father: My stepfather Lolo said, "Men take advantage of weakness in other men. They're just like countries in that way. The strong man takes the weak man's land. He makes the weak man work in his fields. If the weak man's woman is pretty, the strong man will take her. Which would you rather be? Better to be strong. If you can't be strong, be clever and make peace with someone who's strong. But always better to be strong yourself. Always."

Keith Ellison, the first Muslim elected to Congress has recently attempted to explain the Obama health care stand on old folks and their health care, saying that Obama, with his mantra for old people to just take a pill and deal with infirmities, will help us younger folks get over our "guilt trap", whereby we do more than we probably should to keep our parents alive, thereby spending way too much money on them. Now - don't we seniors feel so much better?

Here are some excerpts from a letter from Representative Darrell Issa to Rahm Emanuel:
The Honorable Rahm Emanuel
White House Chief of Staff
The White House
Washington, D.C. 20500
Dear Mr. Emanuel:
As you know, Senator Jon Kyl (R-AZ) recently raised questions about the failure
of the stimulus and suggested on a national television show that stimulus money
scheduled to be spent in future years ought to be returned to the American taxpayers.
Following Senator Kyl's remarks, according to Politico, you coordinated an "assault" on
Senator Kyl and other critics of your policies by directing four cabinet secretaries to write
to Jan Brewer, the Governor of Arizona, asking pointedly if, in light of Senator Kyl's
remarks, Governor Brewer wished to forfeit taxpayer money directed to Arizona by the
stimulus. These tactics have been characterized as "a fist to the nose" and a message to
"Back off."While this type of scare tactic may work in Chicago, it will not work to
intimidate me or other Members of the United States Congress. At the risk of adding to the "weeks of frustration" you've reportedly felt in response to criticism of the Administration's ineffective and wasteful policies, please allow me to bring the facts about the stimulus to your attention. In selling the stimulus package, the Administration promised the Congress and the American people that the legislation would create or save 3.5 million jobs and prevent the U.S. unemployment rate from rising above 8%.
I and others have dared to bring these facts to the attention of President Obama,
the Congress and the American people. You've unfortunately reacted by once again
resorting to the playbook of the Chicago political machine. As Politico reports, you
"launched a coordinated effort to jam" Senator Kyl and other Administration critics:
Well done, Representative Issa!

We The People are finally leaving the comfort of our homes to make our voices heard at town hall meetings and tea parties. The Democrats and President Obama, who just love it when ACORN member get "in the faces" of their opponents, are unhappy with these "mobs", as they call us. They are attempting to make America believe that these are "rented mobs" sent by the "immoral" insurance companies, not wanting to believe that the Silent Majority are finally taking a stand. Let's keep reminding them that we've taken enough and we WON'T let them take from us our free speech! As Hillary Clinton famously screamed: "we have a RIGHT to debate any administration!"

Flag@whitehouse.gov! This is the email site to which the White House has asked it's minions (informants) to send to them any iffy emails they receive regarding opposition to the health care bill. Gosh, I wonder how many of us will now be in Obama's database...... I think I'll write a letter to this email address to express my outrage!
What an evil group. What a red flag that should alarm all politicians along with the czars Obama has appointed. We must have some politicians in Washington that care, or are they all too afraid or too in the tank for this lousy President?
ReplyDeleteI reported my 85-year old Republican mother to flag@whitehouse.gov and asked them to "straighten her out". She said she was against euthanasia for the elderly in lieu of costly medical treatment.
