"Our votes control trillions of public dollars, yet Ellison would have us believe nobody would ever steal them. We can trust everybody, right?" said a commentary posted on the Election Integrity Watch site.
"Would you keep your money in a bank that allowed people to make withdrawals without checking their identity and verifying that they are entitled to the money?" the site wondered.
In a commentary promoting his H.R. 3316, which would banish all photo identification requirements, and H.R. 3317, which would allow people to walk into a polling location, register and vote immediately, Ellison said his intent is to curb "voter suppression." [By the way, did you know that Ellison is a former Catholic who converted to Islam while in college - a Muslim who took his oath of office with a Koran instead of a Bible? His current opponent for Congress said: it is “ludicrous” to swear an oath to uphold the Constitution on a book that promotes unconstitutional Sharia law." - and death to all non-believers. Yes, I AM against anyone, including Muslims, who think that to privilege to vote in America is not tied to proof of citizenship. Youtube reports: [Do you need a reason to like Herman Cain? This clip just might do it! He is unafraid to speak the truth, and his principles are founded in the Constitution. The current allegations will have to be monitored, but so far we are talking about gestures which were not sexual in nature..... Now that is an easy way to attempt to bring a man down, isn't it? I just so wish he would say to any media type who asks him about it that they can feel free to hold him accountable only when there is any true evidence. A person in America does not have the burden of proving his innocence.] http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&v=ACAKL6x5Gkc

Michigan Taxes reports on the UN Agenda 21 right here in Michigan: Recently, our county commission passed a “climate action plan.” It could have been enough to call it an energy savings plan, but the additional 30 pages advocating the premise that the United States is taking advantage of the world by using more of its resources must have been innocuous enough to matter little to the climate change deniers on the board who still voted for it. The ICLEI and Agenda 21 people could care less, as long as it passes. The fact it passed, and advances the notion that climate change is real, is all that matters to those who would use such a crisis to take away our sovereign status as a free nation, and remove our individual property rights.
In Michigan alone, the ICLEI at present still has these communities fooled into thinking they are doing the planet a favor with their participation in agenda 21.

The term “urban sprawl” by the way, is another word set designed to advance the idea that humankind is like locusts on the face of the earth. It serves a dual purpose of guiding planning processes towards community centralization, and also provides a bit of cover for population limits, redistribution of wealth, support of abortion, and child selection processes.
should note that FEDERAL BLOCK GRANTS are being given as rewards to local communities to advance this agenda. http://michigantaxes.com/wordpress/2011/09/iclei-in-michigan-agenda-21/

Fox News reports: Wind farms, along with solar power and other alternative energy sources, are supposed to produce the energy of tomorrow. Evidence indicates that their countless whirring fan blades produce something else: "blank spots" that distort radar readings.
Now government agencies that depend on radar -- such as the Department of Defense and the National Weather Service -- are spending millions in a scramble to preserve their detection capabilities. A four-star Air Force general recently spelled out the problem to Dave Beloite, the director of the Department of Defense’s Energy Siting Clearinghouse. "Look there’s a radar here -- one of our network of Homeland surveillance radars -- and [if you build this wind farm] you essentially are going to put my eyes out in the Northwestern corner of the United States,” Beloite related during a web conference in April.
Spinning wind turbines make it hard to detect incoming planes. To avoid that problem, military officials have blocked wind farm construction near their radars -- and in some cases later allowed them after politicians protested.
Daily Caller reports: Occupy DC protesters tried to force entry into the Washington Convention Center on Friday, where Americans for Prosperity is hosting their “Defending the American Dream Summit.” The protesters also formed roadblocks, surrounding the convention center and only allowing non-luxury cars to pass. [Just like the Tea Party, right? Not so much. I think we must all watch the video here to understand how proud our President must be of these people who threaten those with whom they disagree. We must gird ourselves with knowledge of what is really happening in our country.] Read more: http://dailycaller.com/2011/11/05/chaos-video/#ixzz1cvUW41E8

The Caller, of Texas reports: Of the many possible outcomes of the Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct's preliminary investigation of Aransas County Court-at-Law Judge William Adams, the least likely, according to history, is his forcible removal from the bench. Since September 2001, at least 45 Texas judges have resigned rather than face disciplinary action, according to commission reports, but few have been removed from the bench.
Adams' daughter Hillary Adams posted a video of her father striking her with a belt when she was 16 and, overnight, a surge of calls for his removal flooded the Aransas County Courthouse and the commission, which took the unprecedented step of acknowledging an investigation of a sitting judge. The outcry is fueled partly by the inescapable irony that Judge Adams is pictured in a video engaging in a kind of behavior that he regularly is called upon to judge in his court.
"In light of the fact he's making determinations of physical ... and verbal abuse of other persons in that community, there could be a perception of duplicity, and he's not very contrite about it," said Denise Paquette Boots, a criminology professor at the University of Texas.
In light of the Keller controversy, the commission likely is to proceed with extra care, Hardwick said.
"Even though the public might want a response, the public should not drive the guidelines of the commission," she said.http://www.caller.com/news/2011/nov/05/judging-the-judges-fate-of-aransas-county-judge/

The LA Times reports: In the morning, a woman was arrested at the encampment outside City Hall after she set another person's clothes on fire, police said. In another incident hours later, a woman was arrested after protesters said she struck a man with a tent pole. Both were booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
Also Friday, police arrested a man on suspicion of climbing a tree and dumping fluorescent paint on a historic marble fountain that the city barricaded earlier this week to protect from vandalism.
The incidents are distressing, city officials say, because up until now protesters at Occupy Los Angeles have been mostly peaceful. Last week, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa said the encampment "cannot continue indefinitely," citing health and safety concerns. He has instructed city officials to begin drafting a plan to identify another location for the demonstration. But it's not clear when the plan will be announced or whether the protesters will agree to move.

The Tennessean reports: Parents fearful of vaccinations are being warned by a federal prosecutor that making a deal with a stranger who promises to mail them lollipops licked by children with chickenpox isn’t just a bad idea, it’s against the law.Jerry Martin, U.S. attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee, said he was spurred by reports this week by KPHO-TV in Phoenix and WSMV-TV in Nashville about people turning to Facebook to find lollipops, spit or other items from children who have chickenpox.
“Can you imagine getting a package in the mail from this complete stranger that you know from Facebook because you joined a group, and say here, drink this purported spit from some other kid?” Martin told The Associated Press. http://www.tennessean.com/article/20111105/NEWS/311050018/Prosecutor-parents-Mailing-chickenpox-illegal?odyssey=tab|topnews|text|FRONTPAGE
