After 4 1/2 years, I ceased daily posting to this website. However, I am sending to some people via email my research into the news. If you wish to be included, just let me know by making a comment below. I will not be posting every day as I did before.
Obama completely lacks the decorum one might expect of a LEADER, never mind the Office of the President. As an executive myself, never in a million years would I ridicule or belittle the very real concerns of those I am meant to lead...even if I may disagree with them or (privately) feel their point of view is a bit off. He is a disgrace to this country.

ReplyDeleteInteresting point of view, Karen. Was George W. qualified to be Commander in Chief? Was Dan Quayle qualified to be Vice President? Was Sarah Palin qualified to be President had McCain died in office? For the record, I am hoping you say "yes" to all of these questions. Also for the record, I don't think W.'s butchering of the English language NECESSARILY should have disqualified him for the position. Public speech is only one aspect of what the multi-faceted job requires. I would argue that any PhD in English, placed in front of a microphone for thousands of hours, WOULD ABSOLUTELY make speaking errors as well. But I will say that W.'s lack of eloquence certainly gave ammunition to his opposition. Perhaps we agree on that point. Good day!
