I would like to think that our President is only wanting to aid otherwise uninterested students in making them actually want an education. If this is the case, I'll give kudos to Barack Obama. We all want all students to work hard to achieve. So, why can't Barack Obama talk to our children on evening tv, when parents can monitor the speech? And why will he be asking them, perhaps, to promote his liberal agenda? As you can see in the following, Obama has the opportunity to create little minds full of Obama mush... It bears careful watching....... and questions of your children if they DO go to school that day - plus a reeducation....
The Sayings Of Chairman Barack
Great news. Our leader will be addressing all schoolchildren on September 8th. And the Department of Education has helpfully prepared a menu of activities for the day. As you'll note above, 7-12th graders are to view quotations from Pres. Obama, discuss them, and strive to understand what "the president believes is important" for students to be successful in school.
Wonderful. But why stop with students? Shouldn't Americans of all ages have the benefit of the President's wisdom? And why limit it to one day, and only to the topic of education?Say, here's an idea. Pres. Obama's quotations on a variety of topics could be assembled in a small book, and every citizen given one--free of course--by the government. Citizens would then be encouraged to meet and discuss "what can we infer the President believes is important" in every aspect of life.
Naturally, those citizens who improperly interpret "what the president believes is important" will be given additional educational opportunities to learn and reflect on his message. They will be housed in special government schools for people of all ages, to be set up across the country in quiet, rural areas, free from the stress of everyday life that can cloud clear thinking.
These schools will also be free, and staffed by special teachers, members of course of our wonderful labor unions, who correctly understand the president's message and will be sure to imbue every student with correct thinking in the wisdom of the president before he or she is freed, um, graduates.
Will our MSM report on the interesting parallel between our president's plan for our children and the approach of another Great Leader from the past?

And from Michelle Malkin: 'ABC'' stands for All Barack's Children. On Sept. 8, young students across the country will be watching television. Yes, they'll be parked in front of boob tubes and computer screens watching President Obama's address on education. (Snip) And last year's presidential campaign saw disgraceful abuses of power by pro-Obama instructors. In New Rochelle, N.Y., elementary students were given an in-class assignment to color in drawings of Obama -- including a picture of a campaign button featuring his face and the slogan "Students for Obama 2008." In Cumberland County, N.C., a fifth-grade teacher turned a "civics" discussion into an unhinged harangue against a girl who said her family supported John McCain.
The students will be asked to write letters to themselves about what they can do to help the president. These would be collected and redistributed at an appropriate later date by the teacher to make students accountable to their goals.

School Districts in Six States to Refrain from
Showing Presidential Address Next Week

As Michelle Malkin stated:
This is why informed parents do not trust the Educator-in-Chief and his "comrades." You can take Obama from the radicals in Chicago. But you can't take the Chicago radicalism out of Obama.

One more Obama plan has come to light recently by Patrick Courrielche . The National Endowment For The Arts, supported with millions of taxpayer dollars, is asking, via a White House phone conference, to produce art that pushes the Obama agenda - as the "Hope" poster did. They are asked to help lay a new foundation for growth, focusing on core areas of the recovery agenda - health care, energy and environment, safety and security, education, community renewal.” the conference call was billed as an opportunity for those in the art community to inspire service in four key categories, and at the top of the list were “health care” and “energy and environment.” The service was to be attached to the President’s United We Serve campaign, a nationwide federal initiative to make service a way of life for all Americans. And if you think that my fear regarding the arts becoming a tool of the state is still unfounded, I leave you with a few statements made by the NEA to the art community participants on the conference call. “This is just the beginning. This is the first telephone call of a brand new conversation. We are just now learning how to really bring this community together to speak with the government. What that looks like legally?…bare with us as we learn the language so that we can speak to each other safely… “
Is the hair on your arms standing up yet?
